TriPotential

Our services combine bring together two of the leading leadership brands of Ignite Your Inner Potential and Leavers to Leaders. Both of these have operated extensively in a variety of uniformed services in this area and the combined strength of knowledge and experience has been brought together to benefit all uniformed services to get the best out of their BAME and Commonwealth staff. Through our enterprise we are committed to develop future generations of BAME leaders across our uniformed services and to introduce cognitive diversity in a rapidly changing world.

Why Choose Us

Recruit

Recruit

Historically, there has been the ongoing challenge of recruiting sufficient numbers of BAME staff into our essential services, despite best efforts and intent of the organisations to create diverse workforces that reflect the communities that we serve. In addition, the attrition rates in most of our uniformed services of BAME staff is disproportionate to white colleagues. Many researches have been carried out on this issue and, whilst there is no clear answer, we believe that two key areas that need to be focused upon:

Are we getting the right quality of recruits joining us?

Are we sufficiently supporting our BAME staff to acquire the skills that they need to thrive within our organisations?

Retain

Retain

One of our key commitments is to increase the recruitment in our uniformed and military services with high quality BAME candidates.
For years, our focus on connecting with BAME communities has traditionally revolved around connecting with recognised places of worship, community groups and perhaps the BAME press.

Many organisations spend significant amounts of their budgets to employ teams to target minority communities to increase their recruitment targets of BAME candidates.

Reinvent

Reinvent

There inevitably comes a point where, despite our best efforts, an individual feels that they are no longer able to work in a particular organisation or service. It could also be due to the ending of a contracted period or retirement. More often than not, when leaving the disciplined structure of a uniformed organisation, leavers struggle to find their next step or reintegrate into society. We recognise that, over the period of being involved in an organisation we build up innumerable skills that we take for granted or that we become blind to.
