One of our key commitments is to increase the recruitment in our uniformed and military services with high quality BAME candidates. For years, our focus on connecting with BAME communities has traditionally revolved around connecting with recognised places of worship, community groups and perhaps the BAME press.
At Tri Potential we understand the difficulties that many organisations face in achieving the required numbers that they hope for. However, we also recognise that we often overlook those BAME
candidates who are already employed in other uniformed services and have transferable skills that could be very well employed in the organisation seeking to increase their levels of recruitment.
